This isn’t your old dance class with pink tights, buns, and a strict teacher making you point your toes as hard as you can.  This is a fun and joint friendly way to add a high intensity workout to your week. You will:

You can expect a highly trained instructor teaching simplified ballet movements that can be modified and intensified set to upbeat music!
